What we collect

An account uses your name, email address, and authentication data. When video generation is available, you may upload one image for a task. We store the image, the task status, a generated video if successful, and the credit and order records needed to account for your purchase. We also process basic technical data needed for security and operation. Payment card details are handled by the selected payment provider; this site does not receive full card numbers.

Why we use it

We use account and task data to authenticate you, provide the private upload and download flow, reserve and settle video credits, handle failed jobs, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. The current workflow sends your uploaded portrait and the fixed male-character template to WaveSpeedAI for head replacement when you start a job using a video credit. The generated video and fixed template media are sent to Very Good FFmpeg to restore the original supporting-character and footwork shots and add the template soundtrack. This processing uses time-limited input links; the resulting video is then copied to our private object storage for delivery. AI processing may involve the provider's infrastructure, so do not upload sensitive or unauthorized material.

Visibility and retention

Images and output videos are stored in private object storage and are not published in a gallery. A signed-in user can access only their own task. Output downloads use a short-lived private URL. You may delete a completed or failed task and its associated files from the task interface. A scheduled cleanup process deletes task files and records older than seven days; it must be active before live checkout is enabled. If cleanup is not configured, the seven-day retention limit is not in effect, and launch must remain closed. Payment and credit accounting records may remain longer for legal, fraud, and bookkeeping needs.

The seven-day cleanup above applies to copies held by this site. Processing providers have separate retention policies. Very Good FFmpeg documents that its output files are retained for 30 days and its signed output links last seven days. Its temporary upload and download links expire after one hour. Deleting a task here removes our copies; it does not automatically delete a provider’s retained copy. Contact us if you need help requesting deletion from a processing provider.

Sharing and security

We share your portrait and template with WaveSpeedAI for head replacement, and the resulting video and fixed template media with Very Good FFmpeg for composition. These providers may process data on infrastructure outside your country. Waffo Pancake handles payment information to complete a purchase once checkout opens. We do not sell your images or videos. Access to private files is restricted by account ownership and time-limited links. No internet service can promise perfect security.

Your choices

You can avoid uploading an image, choose material you have permission to use, and delete a finished or failed task. Account and billing data requests can be sent through the signed-in support ticket area. Optional analytics may be configured by the site operator; they must not receive your image URL, email address, or video content.
